Refund & Return Policy

At MRJ Works.Shop, many products are custom-made, engraved, or manufactured to order. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Custom & Engraved Items

Because custom and engraved products are created specifically for each order:

✅ Custom, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The product received differs from the approved order due to an error by MRJ Works.

Variations in engraving depth, finish, or appearance caused by normal manufacturing processes or material differences are not considered defects.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Most products are manufactured upon purchase.

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. If cancellation is requested before production starts, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Customer-Supplied Items

For items provided by customers for engraving or modification:

  • Results may vary depending on material composition and condition.

  • Engraving and machining involve inherent risk.

MRJ Works is not responsible for damage resulting from unknown material properties, coatings, or structural defects in customer-supplied items.

Services performed on customer-supplied items are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

Non-custom, non-engraved products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused,

  • Returned in original condition, and

  • Approved in advance by MRJ Works.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Do not discard packaging until the claim is reviewed.

We will work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by MRJ Works.

MRJ Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, measurements, and details submitted with their order or approved proofs. Errors approved by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
